The Dr. Fidel S. Goldson Sr. Foundation was established in 2014 with the mission to assist high school students, both locally and internationally access resources for a higher education. The foundation was named after the late Dr. Fidel Goldson Sr., a highly admired South Florida chiropractor and beloved family man. He was a proud student of Kingston College in Kingston, Jamaica, and later Boyd Anderson in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Fidel Goldson, Sr., was a huge advocate of higher education. He firmly believed that an investment in one’s education was money well spent. He promoted education as the vehicle to build stronger communities and often relied on it as a tool to improve the quality of life for those around him.
